How to Play

Put chips on one or more of the five spots, then deal. Two cards go to Player and two to Banker, the rules decide whether either draws a third, and the higher total wins.

How to play

  1. 1
Connect — sign in with Google to derive a Sui wallet instantly, or connect an existing Sui wallet.
  2. 2
Choose your chip — pick a chip value, then click a betting spot to place it. Click again to add more.
  3. 3
Cover as many spots as you like — Player, Banker, Tie and the two pair bets settle independently off the same hand.
  4. 4
Deal — the minimum is 1 SUI across the whole ticket. Cards are dealt, the rules resolve, and winnings land in your wallet.

Card values

Aces count 1, cards 2 through 9 count face value, and tens and all face cards count 0. A hand's total is the sum of its cards modulo 10 — so 9 + 8 is 7, not 17. There is no bust in baccarat, and the highest possible total is 9.

The bets

Player1:11.24%20 SUI
Tie8:114.36%90 SUI

Banker Pair11:110.36%120 SUI

On a tie, Player and Banker bets are pushed — your stake comes back rather than being lost. That push is the whole reason the two main bets have such small edges. Pair bets win when a side's first two cards share a rank; note that a ten and a king are both worth 0 but are not a pair.

Why Banker is commissioned

Banker acts after Player and so wins slightly more often — 45.86% of hands against 44.62%, with 9.52% tied. Left uncommissioned it would be a positive-expectation bet, so the 5% commission on Banker wins is what turns it back into a 1.06% edge for the house. It is still the best bet available here.

The third-card rules

Nobody chooses whether to draw. If either side holds 8 or 9 on its first two cards that is a natural, and the hand ends immediately. Otherwise:

  1. 1
Player — draws on 0–5, stands on 6–7.
  2. 2
Banker, if Player stood — draws on 0–5, stands on 6–7.
  3. 3
Banker, if Player drew — depends on Banker's total and the value of Player's third card — the table below.

The road

The table shows a bead plate of recent results, as every baccarat table does. It is a record and nothing more: each hand here is dealt from a brand-new eight-deck shoe, so previous results have no bearing whatsoever on the next one. There is no streak to ride and no shoe to count.

Practice first

New to baccarat? Open the practice mode for the full table with play money — no wallet, nothing on-chain, and resettable credit. It deals the same eight-deck shoe with the same rules, so the odds it teaches you are the real ones.

🛡️Verify any hand
Every shoe is built from the committed server seed (its hash published on-chain before you bet), your client seed, and your bet's transaction digest. Once the seed rotates out of service we reveal it, and the History panel will rebuild the shoe and re-deal the hand in your own browser to confirm the cards were exactly what we said.
