These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in games hosted by Llamabet. By playing, you agree to be bound by them.

3. Game rules
All players must follow the official rules provided by Llamabet. Llamabet may modify the rules at any time, and it is your responsibility to stay informed of any changes.
4. Liability waiver
- Technical issues: Llamabet is not responsible for game bugs, software malfunctions, or connectivity problems that may affect gameplay or funds. You accept these risks by playing.
- Funds lost: Llamabet is not liable for funds lost due to technical issues or other unforeseen circumstances. You play at your own risk.
5. Player responsibility
- Fund management: you are solely responsible for managing your own funds, including buy-ins, bets, and winnings.
- Player-to-player losses: in multiplayer games, you accept responsibility for funds lost to other players; Llamabet does not mediate such disputes.
6. Fair play
- Ethical conduct: cheating, collusion, and dishonesty are strictly prohibited and result in immediate disqualification.
- Disciplinary action: Llamabet may disqualify, forfeit funds from, or ban any player found violating the rules.
7. Privacy

8. Changes to terms
Llamabet may modify these terms at any time. Changes are communicated via platform notifications or email, and continued play constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Llamabet operates, and any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
